We want you to love what you buy! While UK law gives you 14 days, we’re happy to offer a 30-day return period for most items:
• You have 30 days from receiving your order to return products.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resellable condition.
• Personalized items cannot be returned unless faulty.
• You usually cover return shipping unless we sent the wrong or faulty product.
• Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.

7. Your Rights
• Your statutory consumer rights under UK law are not affected.
• Products must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose.

8. Intellectual Property
• Everything on our site—images, text, logos, designs—is owned by Little Bears Boutique or licensed to us.
