Owners are responsible for monitoring their pet’s activity and ensuring the products are used appropriately to maintain safety and durability.
3. Dogs with higher strength or activity levels – Our products are designed for comfort and everyday durability. Dogs with higher strength or who pull on the lead may cause products to wear more quickly. Owners should consider their dog’s size, build, and walking habits when choosing products to ensure safety and longevity.
4. Supervision recommended – Pets should be supervised while wearing our accessories to ensure safety.
5. Wear & tear – Normal wear and tear can occur over time. Please check products regularly for signs of damage and discontinue use if needed.
6. Sizing – Our sizing and measuring guides can be found on the main menu, in the footer of our website, and on applicable products under the “Size Chart” drop-down menu. These guides are provided as a reference only, and slight variations may occur between products and their exact measurements due to differences in measuring techniques or methods. Each dog’s body shape and size can vary significantly between and within breeds, so it is the owner’s responsibility to choose the correct size and ensure the proper fit. If your dog is in between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size. Using the wrong size may affect comfort, safety, and durability. If you are unsure, please contact us for guidance.
7. Care instructions – All fabric products are machine washable at 30°. We recommend placing items inside a laundry bag and air drying to maintain quality and longevity. Do not tumble dry, bleach, or iron. These instructions are provided as a guide only, and any damage caused during washing is the owner’s responsibility. Following care instructions helps your product last longer and stay looking great.
