Return Window
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

What Can Be Returned
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unusedunwashed, and in original condition

Defective or Damaged Items
We inspect our products thoroughly before sending, however in the unlikely event your order arrives faulty, please notify us within 7 days of delivery at info@littlebearsboutique.com. We’ll arrange a prompt resolution—whether that’s a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or variant, please contact us within the 30-day window. Exchanges are subject to product availability. The cost of postage to exchange must be covered by the buyer, unless the product is faulty or not as described.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking
