Discount Code Policy

At Little Bears Boutique, we love treating our customers! Please read the following before using any discount codes:

1. One code per order / Usage limits – Only one discount code may be used per order unless otherwise stated. Some codes may also have limits on the number of times they can be used per customer or in total.

2. Exclusions may apply – Certain products, collections, or sale items may be excluded from discount codes.

3. Validity period – Discount codes are only valid for the dates specified. Expired codes cannot be honoured.

4. Non-transferable – Codes are intended for single use by the recipient and cannot be sold, transferred, or redeemed for cash.

5. Minimum spend – Some codes may require a minimum order value to qualify.

6. Returns & exchanges – If a customer chooses to return an item, as set out in our Returns Policy, they will be refunded the amount actually paid (after any discount). Please note that discount codes used on the original order may not be valid for a replacement or new order in this case. This does not apply to returns or exchanges made due to a faulty product or an error on our part, where the discount code may still be honoured. Little Bears Boutique is not obliged to honour discount codes that have expired or ended.

7. Right to modify discount codes – Little Bears Boutique reserves the right to modify or cancel discount codes at any time without prior notice.

8. Orders in breach of terms – We reserve the right to cancel any orders that breach these terms, including:

• Orders where multiple discount codes have been applied in error
• Orders where discount codes have been applied to items or orders that are not eligible
• Orders where fraudulent activity is suspected (for example, attempting to reuse a discount code with a different account).
